Opening the file in the Information, Registration and Withholding Directorates at the Tax Towers Elsouq Elarabi fifth floor after presenting the following:
The original and authenticated Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association plus two copies.
The original Certificate of Registration.
Issued from the registrar of companies plus two copies.
Lease Contract or Certificate of Search in case of ownership of a real estate.
A brief account about founders and shareholders.
The Procedures of Opening the Tax File for Business Names, Individuals and Partnerships:
Lease Contract or Certificate of Search in case of the ownership of the business location.
A partnership Contract.
A Trade License from the local authority where the business is located.
An Industrial License in case of the industrial business.
If there is a business name an official certificate of registration should be submitted.
ID.
If the company owns business names the original official certificate of registration/ the original certificate of ownership of the business name, should be submitted.

Opening the file at the nearest real estate tax office located in the business geographical area.
Certificate of Search of ownership of the real estate location.
